Environmentally-Friendly Refrigerants
Our suppliers use top-of-the-line coolants. These products are environmentally-responsible, reliable and highly efficient. This enables our customers to experience a greater comfort and save money – all while protecting the earth.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), through the Clean Air Act, has issued regulations relating to the production and use of refrigerants. The goal is to eliminate air conditioning and heat pump refrigerants containing chlorine, because of their effect on the ozone.

Many manufacturers have developed cooling products that use the new, chlorine-free R410A refrigerant, instead of the standard R22 refrigerant (Freon) currently in use.
